My goal was to transform an underused idea into a user-friendly digital experience. After evaluating the old version, I redesigned the user flows to make listing, browsing, and proposing trades more seamless. The interface was rebuilt to minimize friction - fewer steps, cleaner visuals, and intuitive navigation. Visually, I gave the site a fresh identity that feels modern and approachable, while keeping the functionality sharp and efficient.
